據了解,中國是全球最大的榴蓮消費國,占全球榴蓮消費量的90%以上。2024年,我國榴蓮進口量達156萬噸,創下歷史新高。主要進口來源國為泰國,約占總進口量一半以上。
China is the world's largest consumer of durian, accounting for more than 90 percent of global durian consumption. In 2024, China's durian imports reached 1.56 million tons, setting a new historical record. Most of China's imported durian came from Thailand, which accounts for more than half of the total imports.
在中國市場上最常見的泰國榴蓮的品種是金枕(Monthong or Golden Pillow)。它果型大、核小肉厚、出肉率高,冰激凌口感,性價比非常高,味道也比較容易被初嘗者接受,是泰國主要產出的榴蓮品種。
Monthong has a large fruit size, small seeds, thick flesh, high meat yield, and an ice cream-like texture. It offers excellent value for money and its taste is relatively easy for first-time tasters to accept. It is one of the main durian varieties produced in Thailand.

▌性價比選手:?青尼(Chane)
果殼青綠、氣味濃郁厚重,甜苦平衡帶焦糖香,價格和金枕相差不大,比金枕味道更為復雜有層次。
The rind is green and the aroma is rich and intense. The taste is a balanced blend of sweetness and bitterness with a hint of caramel. The price is similar to that of the Khao Khee, but the flavor is more complex.
▌泰國本地人的最愛:?干堯(Gan Yao)
因其果柄細長,也叫長柄榴蓮。個頭稍小,刺密而尖,有復合蜂蜜堅果香,古時專供皇室的貢品。也有人覺得它有焦糖布丁口感和淡酒香,在泰國本地很受歡迎。
Known by its long stem, Gan Yao is smaller in size and has dense and sharp thorns. It has a complex aroma of honey and nuts and was once a tribute exclusively for the royal family in ancient times. Some people also describe its taste as having a caramel pudding texture with a wine aroma. It is very popular among locals in Thailand.
▌早早嘗鮮品種:?甲侖(Kradum)
早熟的品種,成熟時間?為2到4月,香氣霸道、甜度高,果核偏大,產量稀少。
This variety reaches maturity from February to April. It has a strong aroma, high sweetness, a relatively large seed and a low yield.
▌貓山王平替選手:?托曼尼(Puangmanee)
味道濃郁,有苦味交織,果肉金黃,核大。
It has a rich flavor with a hint of bitterness, golden flesh, and a large seed.
▌地區限定:暖武里特產榴蓮(Durian Nont)
這款暖武里限定的特產榴蓮因其獨特的口感、綿密的肉質和較為清淡的氣味聞名。
Grown in Nonthaburi province, this durian is known for its exquisite, sweet flavor, firm and creamy texture, and relatively mild scent.
▌小個子選手:閣拉東榴蓮(Gradoomthong)
個頭通常較小,整果僅重1公斤。它的刺很鋒利、果核很大,顏色深黃,口感松軟甜美,常被用于做甜品。
A small-sized durian usually weighs less than one kilogram. With sharp thorns, a creamy texture and sweet flavor, it is often used in ice cream and desserts.
你以為這幾種就是泰國榴蓮的全部?泰國榴蓮協會會長Wuttichai Khunjet告訴記者,泰國的榴蓮品種非常多。在當地,一些產量特別稀少的榴蓮,價格最高也最受追捧,基本上沒等運到國外就被買斷了。但是,這些稀有品種榴蓮的口味,也不是能被每個人接受的。
他介紹,為了滿足中國市場對榴蓮產品多樣化的需求,泰國也在與時俱進開發更豐富的榴蓮產品,比如榴蓮凍干、榴蓮冰激凌、榴蓮脆片、榴蓮蛋糕、榴蓮餅干、榴蓮糖、榴蓮果凍等等。
To meet the diverse demands of the Chinese market for durian products, Thailand has developed a richer variety of durian products, such as freeze-dried durian, durian ice cream, durian chips, durian cakes, durian cookies, durian candies, durian jelly, and so on.
泰國東部農業與食品研究創新發展中心負責人Duanrung Benjamas博士近日接受中國日報采訪時透露,泰國相關機構正在研發新的榴蓮產品并對中國市場進行初步調研。她表示,未來中國榴蓮愛好者們,將可能會喝到泰國榴蓮做的新鮮榴蓮汁、調和軟飲以及榴蓮濃縮沖泡粉。
