劉教授畢業于北京工業大學，現為北京師范大學系統科學學院教授、研究生導師；媒體傳播系統工程研究院執行副院長；暨南大學新聞與傳播學院研究生校外實踐導師、暨南大學國際學院”國際傳播+新媒體團隊”專業導師、俄羅斯聯邦文化部中俄文化交流大使。
