夏天熱得人沒胃口?土豆這倆神仙吃法,必須碼住!都是我在家試了N次的懶人菜譜,不用煎炒,手殘黨也能輕松拿捏,拯救你的夏日食欲。
一、酸辣土豆絲卷餅:一口下去超過癮
食材準備:大土豆1個、卷餅皮4張、小米辣3根、香菜1小把、大蒜3瓣、生抽2勺、香醋3勺、蠔油1勺、白糖半勺、鹽和雞精。
土豆削皮擦細絲,泡冷水10分鐘去淀粉。燒一鍋水,水開下土豆絲焯1分鐘,撈出過涼水,這樣土豆絲口感更脆。趁空把小米辣、香菜切碎,大蒜搗成泥,加生抽、香醋、蠔油、白糖、鹽、雞精調成醬汁。
拿張卷餅鋪在盤子里,放上土豆絲,淋上醬汁,撒點香菜,像包春卷一樣卷起來。咬下去,酸辣脆爽,土豆絲的清爽和卷餅的麥香混在一起,開胃又頂飽!

二、土豆泥沙拉:冰冰涼涼超治愈
食材清單:土豆2個、雞蛋2個、黃瓜半根、火腿1根、丘比香甜沙拉醬3勺、黑胡椒碎少許。
土豆去皮切塊,冷水上鍋蒸20分鐘,用筷子能輕松戳透就行。雞蛋冷水下鍋,水開后煮8分鐘,撈出過涼水剝殼切碎。黃瓜、火腿也切成小丁。
把蒸好的土豆壓成泥,別壓太細膩,帶點顆粒感更有層次。加入雞蛋碎、黃瓜丁、火腿丁,擠上3勺沙拉醬,撒點黑胡椒碎,戴上手套抓拌均勻。裝進小碗壓實,倒扣在盤子里,放冰箱冷藏半小時再吃,冰冰涼涼的,口感綿密,一口接一口根本停不下來!
