家宴就得做點(diǎn)實(shí)惠的，家人愛吃啥做啥。每年的五一，兄弟姐妹都會(huì)來家小聚一番，一頓豐盛的美食是少不了的。今年因?yàn)橛幸鋈ヂ糜蔚模蕴崆熬哿耍ㄟ^兄弟姐妹的投票，最后給出了菜單，有雞、鴨、羊、牛肉，還有素菜和涼菜，一共8個(gè)就上了桌，每一樣都是幾乎兩盤的量，不夠隨時(shí)往上填，吃飽吃好、吃滿足。

曬曬我們的家宴：烤羊腿+清燉羊排+麻辣牛肋排+啤酒鴨+拌手撕雞+大蔥燒豆腐+拌糖醋黃瓜條+拌豆腐絲

菜都準(zhǔn)備差不多的時(shí)候，大家陸陸續(xù)續(xù)下班聚齊了。齊動(dòng)手，端菜、倒酒、拿碗筷，屋子里歡聲笑語，溫馨，其樂融融。

在準(zhǔn)備菜的時(shí)候，考慮到大家都奔五的年齡，太過于肥膩的沒做，雖然都是家常菜，卻也常吃不厭的味道。且葷素搭配，開胃的，解膩的也都全了。

涼拌手撕雞，以前沒做過這道菜，第一次嘗試就成功了，細(xì)嫩可口，味道好極了！

做法：

1，需要準(zhǔn)備的食材：雞腿2個(gè)，青椒絲，蔥絲，彩椒絲

2，雞腿剔骨后洗去血水，涼水下鍋，加料酒，開鍋后撇掉浮沫

3，轉(zhuǎn)最小火，加入蔥姜，開鍋后蓋上鍋蓋，留一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)小縫，煮20分鐘

4，撈出來，倒入涼水，泡到?jīng)鐾浮Ｓ斜鶋K的放里一些最好

5，調(diào)個(gè)料汁：生抽+醋+少許鹽+白糖+蠔油+幾滴香油+花椒油+少許辣椒油，攪勻

6，青椒絲，蔥絲，彩椒絲入盆，再把雞肉手撕成塊入盆，倒入調(diào)好的料汁一拌，就可以裝盤了

拌糖醋黃瓜條，每次家宴大家都會(huì)點(diǎn)名吃它，清脆，酸酸甜甜的，開胃解膩。

做法：

1，需要準(zhǔn)備的食材：黃瓜2根，白糖，米醋，鹽，味精，小米椒1根

2，把黃瓜洗凈，順長(zhǎng)順長(zhǎng)四半切開，片去黃瓜瓤

3，把黃瓜對(duì)齊，切成段入盆，放1勺鹽和1勺白糖、半勺味精拌勻，用手反復(fù)抓至黃瓜條“出汗”，發(fā)亮，蓋上蓋子放到冰箱冷藏待用

4，黃瓜條控出腌汁不要，加入2勺白糖和2勺白醋，小米椒切圈放入，顛拌攪勻，裝盤上桌

烤羊腿，自己在家做烤羊腿，最簡(jiǎn)單直接的做法是先煮羊腿熟透入味，再入烤箱烤，沒難度還好吃。家庭做選羊前腿，肉薄好入味。

做法：

1，需要準(zhǔn)備的食材：新鮮的羊前腿1個(gè)，白芷，小茴香，鹽，蔥姜，孜然粒，燒烤撒料

2，把羊腿先加涼水浸泡去血水，再撈入煮鍋里，加水和食材齊平，先燒開撇凈浮沫

3，放白芷，小茴香，鹽，蔥姜，燒開揮發(fā)一會(huì)膻味，再蓋上蓋子中小火煮50分鐘

4，不著急吃可以先在湯里浸泡著。撈出羊腿，肉厚面朝上，碼在放了錫紙的烤盤里

5，烤箱220度上下火預(yù)熱，羊腿入烤箱，噴上一薄層植物油防干，烤到肥的部分有點(diǎn)冒油，撒孜然和燒烤撒料

6，再烤到微黃即可翻面，撒孜然和燒烤撒料，烤微黃出爐
