很喜歡楊絳的《百歲感言》中的一段話：一個人經過不同程度的鍛煉，就獲得不同程度的修養、不同程度的效益。好比香料，搗得愈碎，磨得愈細，香得愈濃烈。我們曾如此渴望命運的波瀾，到最后才發現：人生最曼妙的風景，竟是內心的淡定與從容……我們曾如此期盼外界的認可，到最后才知道：世界是自己的，與他人毫無關系。

是的，深以為然。

我們這一生，其實就是一個過程，在這個過程中，我們什么事情都可能會遇到，也會遇到各種各樣的人。

有的人喜歡你，有的人針對你，有的人不愛你，有的人離你而去，有的人背叛你，有的人傷害你等等。

人這一生，總會經歷得失，總會經歷成敗，總會經歷生死，總會經歷聚散。

人生就是一個不斷經歷的過程，經歷越多，越豐富我們的人生。成長的道路上，少不了經歷，回頭看看，我們所經歷的一切，其實都不是事兒。

人生終究是自己的，與別人沒有任何關系，我們盡管做好自己，釋懷一切，不要讓自己活在過去的痛苦之中，不要讓自己對命運的捉弄耿耿于懷。

人生始終都要學會接納這一切，好的，不好的，都是人生的風景，我們既來之，則安之，用心甘情愿的態度去過隨遇而安的生活，如此就好。

人啊，學會釋懷，你就贏了！

1、釋懷得失

正如楊絳先生說的，上蒼不會讓所有幸福集中到某個人身上，得到了愛情未必擁有金錢；擁有金錢未必得到快樂；得到快樂未必擁有健康；擁有健康未必一切都會如愿以償。知足常樂的心態才是淬煉心智、凈化心靈的最佳途徑。一切快樂的享受都屬于精神，這種快樂把忍受變為享受，是精神對于物質的勝利。這便是人生哲學。

人這一生，有得有失，誰都不可能什么都得到，誰都不可能什么都失去，命中有的，終究都會屬于你，命中沒有的，你怎么都得不到。

人活著，不管你會得到什么，也不管你會失去什么，我們都要學會釋懷， 得失都是人生常態，不要糾結得失，盡管坦然接受這一切，讓一切該來的來，該走的走，保持積極樂觀的心態，好好活著。

2、釋懷離別

楊絳說過，離別拉得長，是增加痛苦還是減少痛苦呢？我算不清，但是我陪他走得愈遠，愈怕從此不見。

人這一生，注定會遇到很多人，也注定會告別很多人。不管誰出現在我們的生命中忙都是人生中必然的結果，都是天意的安排。

然而人生無常，世事難料，來日并不是方長，有的人說了再見，卻再也不見，有的人突然之間就走了，一切都是那么無常，難以讓人接受，卻不得不接受。

走在人生路上，我們始終會在不同的人生階段中跟不同的人告別，天下沒有不不散的宴席，才注定了人生悲歡離合，我們看淡別離，釋懷別離，終究有一天，我們的身邊只剩下自己一個人。

所以，人啊，學會釋懷，才能活得豁然開朗，保持內心的淡定和從容，才能遇見人生最美的風景。
