近日，一則“游客孩子生重病，動(dòng)物園‘掏空’許愿池相助”的消息引發(fā)不少網(wǎng)友關(guān)注。

據(jù)報(bào)道，7月9日上午，南通森林野生動(dòng)物園接到動(dòng)物園年卡用戶黃女士電話。黃女士哽咽表示年僅2歲多的女兒小然（化名），正躺在醫(yī)院病床上與病魔進(jìn)行抗?fàn)帯Ｓ捎卺t(yī)療費(fèi)用高昂，家庭負(fù)擔(dān)較重，家長撥通了動(dòng)物園的電話希望能退還年卡費(fèi)用以緩解燃眉之急。

According to reports, on July 9, Nantong Forest Safari Park received a call from a mother and an annual pass holder of the zoo, surnamed Huang. Her voice choked with emotion, Huang explained that her two-year-old daughter, Xiaoran (a pseudonym), was lying in a hospital bed, battling a serious illness. Due to the high medical costs and the family's financial strain, she called the zoo hoping to get a refund for the annual pass to ease their urgent financial burden.

黃女士表示當(dāng)前急需籌措醫(yī)療費(fèi)用，她嘗試聯(lián)系動(dòng)物園管理方，希望能協(xié)商退還年卡費(fèi)用以彌補(bǔ)部分治療開支。

“孩子每次去動(dòng)物園都特別開心，沒想到突然就病倒了…… 現(xiàn)在每一分錢都要用在治療上。” 黃女士無助地說。

"Every zoo visit brought her such joy... Now every penny must go to her treatment," said the distressed mother.

今年4月，黃女士為女兒小然辦理了南通森林野生動(dòng)物園年卡，短短兩個(gè)月內(nèi)已帶孩子入園5次。然而，就在6月中旬，小女孩被確診患上惡性橫紋肌肉瘤。突如其來的病情讓家庭陷入困境，住院治療所需的高額醫(yī)療費(fèi)成為壓在父母肩頭的重?fù)?dān)。

接到孩子?jì)寢尩碾娫捄螅贤ㄉ忠吧鷦?dòng)物園決定為其辦理年卡退款手續(xù)，還做出了一個(gè)特殊的決定：保留年卡權(quán)益，并誠摯邀請待小然康復(fù)后一家人再來園內(nèi)游玩。

除此之外，園方還捐贈(zèng)了5萬元現(xiàn)金和上萬枚許愿池硬幣，清點(diǎn)后12083元。

The zoo not only refunded the pass while preserving its privileges for Xiaoran's future visits but also donated 50,000 yuan and 12,083 yuan from their wish pool.

小女孩的病情令人揪心，動(dòng)物園的做法也感動(dòng)了無數(shù)網(wǎng)友。

不少人表示，希望小女孩早日康復(fù)：“這才是許愿池的意義，人間有真愛！”
