財聯社7月18日電，今年入夏以來，北半球多國遭遇極端高溫侵襲。國家衛星氣象中心國際用戶服務中心首席鄭照軍表示，今年夏季的高溫熱浪是在溫室氣體大量排放、全球溫度持續上升的大背景下發生的。導致極端高溫的現象，直接原因是大氣環流異常。 (央視新聞)
