7月17日18:00左右，受強對流天氣影響，國道319線南靖龍山段一棵綠化樹倒伏砸中一輛小車，車上兩名人員被困車內，所幸沒有受傷。
南靖公路分中心應急搶險人員冒雨解救受困車上的人員，移除倒伏的樹木及斷枝，讓道路恢復正常通行。
