近日，湖北咸寧通山縣公共資源交易中心發(fā)布通山縣主要十五條河道河砂資源經(jīng)營權(quán)拍賣公告。該項目預(yù)計河砂總量約5105.01萬噸，經(jīng)營年限為20年，拍賣參考價超1.44億元。經(jīng)計算，單價約2.83元/噸。
拍賣公告指出，該項目釆砂總量以實際方量為準，如預(yù)計方量與實際方量有出入，拍賣成交價和拍賣傭金不作調(diào)整。
