近日，根據中國人民銀行漢中市分行行政處罰書（漢銀罰決字〔2025〕5-6號）顯示，洋縣農村信用合作聯社違反人民幣銀行結算賬戶管理規定、貨幣金銀管理規定、反洗錢管理規定、金融科技管理規定，被中國人民銀行漢中市分行處31.8萬元罰款；路某勇（時任洋縣農村信用合作聯社理事長）對洋縣農村信用合作聯社違反反洗錢管理規定的行為負有責任，處1.45萬元罰款。
