要不是從嚴肅媒體看到的數字，我還真不相信美國政府一年可以亂花這么多錢。據《國家評論》National Review 報道，美國政府去年亂支付了2360億美金！

Cutting waste, fraud, and abuse has long been a promise of politicians.
