慧辰股份3月13日晚公告，公司收到上海金融法院送達的《民事起訴狀》《應訴通知書》等訴訟材料，共計210名投資者以證券虛假陳述責任糾紛為由對公司提起民事訴訟，其中針對10名投資者的起訴法院已裁定準許撤回起訴或按撤回起訴處理，其余200名投資者訴訟標的金額共計約3897.76萬元。（證券時報e公司）
