- 食材:草魚一條,蔥姜蒜,青紅辣椒,酒糟
做法:1??草魚切塊加蔥姜,鹽,胡椒粉,料酒拌勻腌制30分鐘,再放一勺淀粉拌勻,鍋中倒入平時炒菜多一點油,油溫六成依次下入鍋炸(一定不要著急翻面,待定型再翻另一面炸)炸至兩面金黃盛出
2??鍋中留底油,放蔥姜爆香,加一勺豆瓣醬,一勺辣椒面炒出紅油,倒入魚塊炒勻,加入半碗清水
- 3??加一勺生抽,半勺老抽,一勺酒糟翻炒均勻后咕嘟1分鐘,起鍋放點青紅辣椒碎,少許雞精,蔥段炒勻裝盤,超級香辣無敵魚塊,下酒下飯菜~
