- 3個尖椒,1袋蝦滑就夠了
尖椒挑直點、胖點的(容易塞餡) - 尖椒切4-5厘米長的段(用筷子去筋去籽)、蒜切末;
順便調個料汁:3勺生抽、半勺老抽、1勺蠔油、2勺陳醋、1小勺白糖、1小勺白胡椒粉、1小勺淀粉、3勺水,攪拌均勻
- 把蝦滑擠進辣椒段;
- 起鍋燒油,放辣椒段,中小火煎
- 時不時翻翻面,煎出微焦“虎皮”
- 加蒜末
