毛豆燒絲瓜的做法

1. 自己個兒種的絲瓜兩根，很有成就感！

1. 絲瓜削去外皮，對切開然后切成長滾刀塊。

1. 毛豆剝去外殼

1. 燒一鍋熱水，放進毛豆煮一會外皮就掉了。

1. 絲瓜也放進滾水里燙一下

1. 撈出來放到盤中

1. 炒鍋里放入食用油，油熱放蒜片爆香。

1. 加入絲瓜和毛豆翻炒兩下
