【家常菜】茄絲蛋餅的做法
- 紫色的茄子切片切絲用鹽水浸泡；
- 敲三個雞蛋打散，放一點點鹽攪拌均勻；
- 冷鍋下豬油融化后放切片蒜頭爆香；
- 將茄子絲控干水分放進鍋里煸炒到軟身；
- 將炒熟的茄子絲放進蛋液加上香菜（或香蔥）；
- 加一點蠔油和松茸鮮攪拌均勻；
