熟芝麻

豆泡蝦滑的做法
- 先來做個(gè)蝦滑:
剝出蝦仁,用到碾碎后再剁碎(這樣做出的蝦滑能吃到塊狀蝦肉,口感比較好)
把上面所有的調(diào)料加入蝦中,混合均勻
- 調(diào)制料汁:把上面所有的調(diào)料混合在一起就好啦
- 豆泡用剪刀開口
- 有裱花袋的話就用裱花袋把蝦滑擠入豆泡中。
沒有裱花袋就用筷子慢慢裝進(jìn)去
- 中小火煎,煎至蝦滑表面定型
- 再加入調(diào)好的料汁
