港式經(jīng)典~楊枝甘露的做法
- 芒果去皮切成小粒預(yù)留300g左右出來剩余的用來打芒果奶昔用,西柚切掉頭尾在中間劃一刀這樣更容易剝開然后把果肉剝成一粒粒。
- 鍋中倒入適量清水煮沸后加入西米煮至有一點(diǎn)白芯約15分鐘左右關(guān)火,中途用勺子攪拌幾下防止成團(tuán)粘鍋,煮好的西米蓋上鍋蓋燜至透明10-15分鐘左右即可。
- 將預(yù)流后剩下的所有芒果果肉放入破壁機(jī)中,加入白糖、淡奶油、椰漿和150毫升的牛奶一起打成芒果奶昔。
- 將打好的芒果奶昔放一旁備用。
- 煮好的西米過一下涼水后用冰水浸泡一會(huì)西米的口感會(huì)更Q彈。
- 依次將芒果肉粒+西柚果粒+西米+牛奶加入瓶子中,由于瓶口較小果肉不好進(jìn)入瓶里這次是裱花袋把果肉、西米擠入瓶子里面。
- 最后加入芒果奶昔就一道經(jīng)典的港式飲品楊枝甘露就完成了。
