紅糖開花饅頭的做法
- 紅糖和酵母先加進水里,攪拌一下,紅棗剪成小顆粒,面粉挖坑,加入所有的食材,切拌成面絮狀
- 這次用得紅糖顏色有點淡,我加了一點兒老抽,把面團揉搓均勻
- 切碎,搟開,搟成長方形加入紅棗碎,把紅棗碎也搟進面團里
