茄子這樣做不用去燒烤店吃了,蒜香茄子的做法
- 準(zhǔn)備四個茄子洗凈。
- 蒸鍋里燒開水,將茄子上鍋蒸熟,千萬不要蒸過火了,熟了就可以。(別問我蒸多久,蒸幾分鐘是根據(jù)自己買的茄子大小胖瘦來決定的,自己在旁邊看著點,用筷子扎一下,熟了就可以了),蒸熟的茄子用刀劃開,不要切斷。
- 趁熱撒上孜然粉。
- 把所有的材料都準(zhǔn)備齊全。沒有這沒有那去買,要不可做不出來美食美味,
碗里放入蒜末,姜末,小米辣,蔥白末,白芝麻,鍋中把油燒開,澆上熱油。
- 碗中再放入東古一品鮮醬油,一勺香醋,放入鹽。白糖,雞精,
