合同中的“免責條款”有效嗎
免責條款在一定范圍內(nèi)有效，但如果免除己方責任、加重對方責任或排除對方主要權(quán)利，則無效。
法律依據(jù)：《民法典》第五百零六條：合同中的下列免責條款無效：
（一）造成對方人身損害的；
（二）因故意或者重大過失造成對方財產(chǎn)損失的。
