爽口黃瓜的做法
- 黃瓜盡量挑選新嫩略細些的,洗凈后晾干水分;
- 切條,放入干凈的容器里,兩層黃瓜,一層薄鹽,腌制2~3小時;
- 腌好后,放入瀝水的容器里,上面用重物壓住,根據(jù)自己的口感,擠出黃瓜殘留的水分;
