去年9月，中國盲人足球隊在巴黎殘奧會上闖到了世界第五的位置。回顧中國隊在巴黎的比賽，不乏可圈可點之處：客場迎戰東道主法國、逼平衛冕冠軍巴西、力克土耳其和摩洛哥……教練員王桂順在賽后接受采訪，為隊伍展現的過硬技術和頑強精神打了滿分。

　　不久前，2024年全國盲人足球錦標賽在福建福州舉行，王桂順在場邊為國家隊未來可能面臨的新老交替物色起好苗子。近日，他接受記者專訪時表示，巴黎殘奧會后，中國盲足進入了發展新周期，應為新的征程做足準備。

　　自2008年在北京殘奧會亮相摘銀以來，中國盲人足球隊已在連續5屆殘奧會上展現風采，成為世界盲人足球項目一支不可忽視的勁旅。“我們已經具備了與世界頂級球隊一較高下的實力。”但王桂順坦言，在世界舞臺上站穩腳跟并更進一步絕非易事。從近幾次國際性賽事的表現看，巴西隊憑借其深厚的足球底蘊和出色的綜合實力占據領先地位，阿根廷、法國等隊技術與沖擊相結合的打法也極具威脅。

　　“亞洲范圍內，伊朗、日本、泰國等國的盲足發展勢頭也十分迅猛，我們必須不斷努力，才能保持競爭力。”針對國際對手的不同打法，王桂順提出應對策略。“我們可以借鑒國外優秀球隊的經驗，豐富自己的戰術體系，為國家隊培養更多全面型人才。”

　　隨著新周期開啟，新的備戰工作緊鑼密鼓地展開。王桂順表示，中國盲足未來幾年的主要目標是2028年洛杉磯殘奧會，在此期間舉行的幾次國際賽事，將是提升隊伍水平的重要途徑。

　　“比如明年舉辦的IBSA男子盲人足球國家杯等比賽，都是錘煉隊伍的重要節點。目前我們進行的國際交流還相對偏少，除了常規的國際賽事，我們還需要加強跟國外隊伍的常態化交流，累積與國外強隊交手的經驗，學習其先進理念。”王桂順說。

　　王桂順透露，目前國家隊正著手準備選拔新人，平穩度過新老交替的過程，同時總結經驗教訓，針對性地解決現有問題。“目前，隊伍在把握進球機會方面還有待提高，我們將在訓練中增加相應練習，還要加強管理，優化訓練方法，保證隊員們在關鍵時刻發揮出訓練水平。”他說。

　　國家隊水平與國內盲足項目開展狀況密不可分。從今年全國盲人足球錦標賽上看，盲足項目正呈現出良好的發展態勢。“今年共有16支隊伍參賽，這是近年來隊伍數量較多的一次。”王桂順認為，各支隊伍間的交流與切磋，促進了彼此的進步，也為后續訓練提供了有益借鑒。比賽中涌現的一批年輕球員，也展現出巨大的潛力。

在王桂順看來，要鞏固和提升中國盲足的世界地位，還需進一步做好基礎工作。“首先，要繼續加大普及力度，利用盲校等資源開展盲人足球活動、提供更好的訓練條件，吸引更多人參與其中，讓更多有潛力的運動員嶄露頭角，擴大選材范圍。另一方面，也要注重提升教練業務水平，通過開展培訓、組織訓練營等方式，讓教練們更好地掌握先進的訓練方法和理念。”

　　“從擴大普及面和提升教練隊伍水平上長遠布局，為整個項目的可持續發展夯實基礎，中國盲足還能走得更遠。”王桂順說。
