一鍋麻辣燙，引八方游客競相品嘗；一場“奔縣游”，與久違的“松弛感”美好邂逅；“China Travel”成流量密碼，文博游、演出游炙手可熱……

“文旅熱”燃動2024。人們享受旅途帶來的“情緒價值”，“體驗感”和“文化味兒”越來越成為開啟一場旅行的關鍵詞。

“出圈”的“爾濱”們接住“潑天流量”

2024年走向尾聲，回望這一年，不少人發覺，曾經熟悉的家鄉變得陌生起來，以一種嶄新面貌進入大家的視野——

中央大街“遛”企鵝，索菲亞大教堂前有了“人造月亮”，地下通道樓梯鋪上地毯……甫一開年，哈爾濱旅游全網爆火，“爾濱”花樣寵客成為熱議話題。

隨后，“潑天富貴”潑向一碗麻辣燙——人們輾轉多趟列車、不遠千里專程打卡甘肅天水，只為一嘗這道網紅美食。開設麻辣燙公交專線、延長景區開放時間等舉措隨之跟上，迎接這波洶涌的流量。

新需求催生新供給，進而再度激發新需求。這一年，無論是人們熟悉的哈爾濱，還是過去不為人知的小城美食；無論是觀光景區，還是新興項目，人們對文旅產品的需求越發多元，對旅行體驗有更豐富的期待。

假期博物館約不上？各大場館景區紛紛延長開放時間、取消閉館日、改進票務系統；餐館吃飯排隊太久？熱門目的地無處停車？政府食堂、停車場假期向游客敞開大門……走心的旅游服務，帶來的是目的地與游客的“雙向奔赴”。

“如今，各地旅游主管部門、政府領導越來越意識到，要想游客買單，就要展現出足夠的誠意，讓游客開心地游覽、舒心地體驗、安心地消費。”北京第二外國語學院首都文化和旅游發展研究院執行院長厲新建說。

“好City”的中國讓“老外”流連忘返

240小時、60口岸、24省份！

不久前，國家移民管理局發布公告，全面放寬優化過境免簽政策，將過境免簽外國人在境內停留時間由原72小時和144小時均延長為240小時（10天），同時新增21個口岸為過境免簽人員入出境口岸，并進一步擴大停留活動區域。

“這簡直太酷了，可以有更多時間在中國游玩，領略中國美景和東方文化。”剛結束香港旅行的美國游客泰勒決定再去江西景德鎮玩玩，“一直對中國的瓷器很感興趣”。

2024年以來，在不斷擴大的免簽政策支持下，更多外國人開啟“中國游”，“China Travel”成為海外社交平臺上的熱詞。真實立體、多姿多彩的中國令外國網友直呼“看到了一個西方媒體永遠不會展現的中國”。

據統計，2024年1月至11月，全國各口岸入境外國人2921.8萬人次，同比增長86.2%；其中通過免簽入境1744.6萬人次，同比增長123.3%。

中國旅游研究院2024年發布的《中國入境旅游高質量發展報告》分析，入境旅游市場呈現4個特征：散客化趨勢愈加凸顯；入境游客體驗內容更有深度、更加生活化；更多入境游客進入相對小眾的目的地；國際游客旅游決策更多受到社交媒體的影響。

“發展入境旅游對推動我國旅游業高質量發展、釋放旅游消費潛力具有重要意義，同時也能更好促進經濟發展、展示中國形象、增進文明互鑒。”文化和旅游部產業發展司副司長馬力表示，將持續增加多層次、高品質的入境旅游產品供給，推動入境旅游高質量發展。

“小而美”旅行激發市場新活力

2024年，“詩和遠方”不再遙不可及。“奔縣游”“微度假”成為不少人的出行關鍵詞。

“95后”程序員小徐畢業后來到深圳工作，周末縣域游成為他的休閑方式。“路上花費時間短、方便到達，而且人少玩得好。”這是附近小城市吸引他的原因。一年里，他已“打卡”深圳周邊高鐵3小時以內可達的多座小城。

OTA平臺數據顯示，2024年國慶假期縣域旅游日均訂單同比增長40%，近百個縣城酒店預訂熱度同比上漲超過50%，廣西陽朔、廣東南澳、福建平潭等縣域民宿熱度高。

浙江省縉云縣以“青山為基，綠水為脈”，精心打造長達700多公里的各類綠道；安徽省太湖縣推進旅體融合、文旅融合，通過舉辦房車賽、門球賽、馬拉松賽、游泳賽等，讓游客在運動中親近自然。

“縣域旅游要加快融合發展。”四川大學旅游學院教授程勵建議，深度挖掘縣域文化資源，充分發揮縣域旅游資源特色，打造體現特色和差異的縣域旅游項目。同時，要加快完善基礎設施，改善住宿、餐飲條件，提升接待能力，讓越來越多游客愿意在縣域鄉村慢下腳步沉下心。

旅程中的“文化味兒”拉滿“情緒價值”

2024年“出圈”的景區中，山西隰縣小西天景區曾經“名不見經傳”。

在傳統文化景區興起的熱潮中，小西天景區憑借其獨特性、完好性、藝術性“異軍突起”。游客紛紛踏上赴隰之路，在小西天佛國天宮中感受懸塑之絕、建筑之奇、楹聯之美、經書之豐。國慶假期，這里一天客流量最高達1萬人次以上；假期后，游客量有所回落，但較同期仍是成倍增長。

為一座建筑前往一個縣城，為一場演唱會奔赴一座城市，為一部電視劇策劃一場旅行……2024年，在文化和旅游深度融合的趨勢下，人們更加看重旅行給予的“情緒價值”，追求“文化味兒”更濃的旅程。

在專家看來，文化和旅游融合發展，最終是為了實現“讓旅游成為人們感悟中華文化、增強文化自信的過程”，“讓人們在領略自然之美中感悟文化之美、陶冶心靈之美”。

“當前文化和旅游融合發展仍存在融合層次不深、融合水平不高、融合效益不強的問題。”中國旅游研究院院長戴斌表示，要進一步創新旅游新場景和文化表達方式，讓大家有得游、游得起、游得開心、玩得放心。
