紫蘇葉有很多的做法,今天分享的是最簡單的涼拌紫蘇葉。那如果家里沒有紫蘇葉的話,可以用薄荷葉代替,味道也是非常不錯的。下面我再教大家一個薄荷葉的新吃法。
準備一把薄荷葉,清洗干凈,瀝干水分,然后切成段。接著準備幾個大蒜瓣,拍扁剁成蒜末,放在薄荷葉里面,再放入小蔥段、小米辣。
