炒好的蝦仁將它盛出,放入雞蛋液中輕輕的攪拌一下,將它拌勻之后在,鍋中留入一點底油,油熱后倒入調好的蛋液,將拌好的雞蛋液和蝦仁倒入鍋中,這一步全程要開中小火,火候不要太大,蛋液開始凝固時,之后用鏟子順著一個方向慢慢的將它向前推,讓蝦仁和雞蛋充分融合凝固在一起,就像這樣定型的蛋液輕輕的一推,全部都推在中間,最后形成一個云朵的形狀,將它盛出裝入盤中。
一盤熱氣騰騰、香味四溢的蝦仁滑蛋就做好嘍!那金黃的雞蛋把鮮嫩的蝦仁給包起來啦,光瞅著就饞得人流口水。吃上一口,雞蛋的滑溜和蝦仁的鮮美在嘴里碰一塊兒了,口感特別豐富,味道那叫一個香,每一口都讓人特別滿足。不管是跟米飯搭著吃,還是配面條,那都沒得說,棒極了!
