再來準(zhǔn)備一個(gè)大蒜瓣切成蒜末,蔥花切碎備用。起鍋熱油,放入蔥姜蒜炒香,加入一勺豆瓣醬翻炒出紅油,接著把焯好的芝麻葉倒進(jìn)去快速翻炒均勻,加少許生抽調(diào)味,最后淋入一點(diǎn)水淀粉勾個(gè)薄芡,就可以出鍋裝盤了。
