Call for Research Participation！

可持續社會價值全球開放研究計劃（簡稱“SSV開放計劃”）由清華大學可持續社會價值研究院發起并主辦。SSV開放計劃旨在推動全球學術界在可持續社會價值領域的合作與研究。該計劃面向全球學者（學術研究人員、研究機構及非營利組織），邀請他們提交關于可持續社會價值核心理念及實踐應用的研究課題，并資助入選計劃的項目開展研究工作。

The Global Open Research Program on Sustainable Social Value (SSV Open Program) is initiated and hosted by the Institute for Sustainable Social Value (SSV), Tsinghua University. The SSV Open Program is open to individual researchers, research institutions, and nonprofit organizationsworldwide. It invites scholars worldwide to submit research proposals related to the fundamental concepts and practical applications of sustainable social value, and offers funding to selected projects.

研究院將重點支持該領域具有前沿性、交叉性、創新性及開發應用前景的原創性研究；并通過探索可持續社會價值的共創路徑，為實際社會問題提供創新解決方案。

It supports original and forward-thinking research projects with interdisciplinary and application potential in the field of sustainable social value. Projects that explore co-creation pathways and provide innovative solutions to real-world challenges.

一、重點議題Key Research Areas

SSV開放計劃邀請申請者圍繞以下11個重點議題進行研究：

二、評審標準與入選說明

Evaluation Criteria and Selection Guidelines

SSV開放計劃的評審標準將根據學術創新性與科學性、社會價值與影響、操作性與研究基礎等核心維度進行綜合評定，確保所選研究項目不僅具備學術創新性，還能夠產生實際的社會與環境效益，推動可持續社會價值的研究與應用；

The evaluation criteria for the SSV Open Program will be comprehensively assessed based on core dimensions such as academic innovation and scientific rigor, social value and impact, feasibility, and research foundation.

SSV開放計劃每年資助項目不超過20個，單個項目資助額度10萬-45萬（人民幣）。具體項目最終資助額度由評審委員會終審討論后確定。

The SSV Open Program will fund no more than 20 projects each year, with individual project funding ranging from 100,000 to 450,000 RMB. The final funding amount for each project will be determined through the final review by the evaluation committee.

三、申請流程、材料與時間節點

Application Process, Materials&Timeline

2025年度SSV開放計劃將按照以下時間節點進行，確保每個申請都能經過嚴格且公正的評審：

The 2025 SSV Open Program will follow the timeline below to ensure that each application undergoes a rigorous and fair evaluation process:

1.申請指南發布2025.7.01

申請者需要根據“申報指南”內容準備相關申請材料。

Applicants must prepare relevant application materials based on the content of the “Application Guidelines.”

2.申請材料提交2025.7.01-8.31

申請者提交《可持續社會價值全球開放研究計劃項目申請書》（中英文）至清華大學可持續社會價值研究院：ssv@mail.tsinghua.edu.cn

Applicants should submit the Application Form (in both Chinese and English) to the Institute for Sustainable Social Value at Tsinghua University via email:ssv@mail.tsinghua.edu.cn

3.初審（形式審查）2025.9.1-9.15

研究院進行形式審查，確保符合要求的申請材料通過初審。

Initial Screening - Formal Review2025.09.01 - 09.15

The institute will conduct a formal review to ensure that submitted materials meet the requirements for the program.

4.通訊評審（專家盲審）2025.9.15-10.15

評審專家對項目進行盲審，并提供意見和建議。

Peer Review - Blind Expert Review2025.09.15 - 10.15

Experts will conduct blind reviews of the projects and provide feedback and recommendations.

5.終審（評審委員會）2025.11

評審委員綜合評審，最終確定入選的項目及資助金額。

Final Review - Evaluation Committee2025.11

The evaluation committee will conduct a comprehensive review and finalize the selection of projects and their funding amounts.

6.發布入選結果2025.12.01

SSV研究院公布入選項目名單，并向所有入選項目發放資助通知。

Announcement of Selected Results2025.12.01

The SSV Institute will announce the list of selected projects and issue funding notifications to all successful applicants.
