新華社上海7月2日電（記者唐斯琦）在“China Travel”持續走熱的背景下，免簽政策、即時退稅、移動支付正吸引越來越多國際旅行者來華。2日，上海向全球游客推出的一站式入境游聚合服務平臺“入境通（Easy Go）”正式上線。

“入境通”由上海市人民政府外事辦公室聯合中國人民銀行上海總部，會同多家市級主管部門聯合打造，依托支付寶國際版，整合餐飲、出行、文旅、購物等高頻需求場景的軟件服務，發布各類入境游公共服務信息，推動上海“文旅商體展”深度融合。

2024年12月4日，來自西班牙的游客在上海外灘拍照留影。新華社發（陳浩明 攝）　　據介紹，海外用戶通過手機一鍵注冊、授權后，即可便捷地使用“入境通”各類軟件服務功能，免去多頭下載、重復注冊的繁瑣和語言不通的困擾。服務板塊在首頁呈現“食、行、游、購”四大場景的30個小程序，提供外賣點餐、美食推薦、公共交通、打車導航、共享單車、旅游咨詢、門票預訂、行李寄存、退稅地圖等便利化服務。“入境通”以英語為主要服務語言，另外支持多語種實時翻譯。

“入境通”還推出特色服務“碰一下退稅”，結合“城市退稅地圖”，進一步提升用戶在滬退稅體驗；指南板塊依托上海國際服務門戶，實時更新最新生活服務指南，幫助用戶快速認識和了解上海，暢享便利的數字化生活；攻略板塊匯集官方媒體和海外達人博主推介中國和上海的短視頻欄目，讓用戶通過一部手機從“玩轉上海”到“暢游中國”。

“‘入境通’是一個非常方便的平臺，因為它把各種常用服務整合在一起，來上海的游客不需要再下載許多不同的應用程序，在這一個平臺上就可以支付、翻譯、點餐、使用共享單車。”來自法國的樂蓋曦表示。

截至6月30日，中國240小時過境免簽政策適用國家增至55國，47國人員可適用單方面免簽政策來華。隨著中國升級離境退稅“即買即退”服務，支持全球入境游客用支付寶“碰一下”“掃一下”辦理即時退稅，入境旅游消費的便利性進一步提升
