7月2日，福建廈門市市場監督管理局發布一則情況通報。

通報稱，針對媒體曝光“牛約堡”的食品安全問題，思明區和湖里區市場監管局立即行動，對“牛約堡”禾祥西店、林后店開展現場檢查。執法人員重點對食品原料儲存、加工制作環境等進行檢查，對發現的食品安全相關違法行為當場立案。目前兩家門店均已停止營業。

The Market Supervision Commission of Xiamen Municipality issued a statement on Wednesday addressing food safety concerns at NewYoBo beef burger outlets. This statement comes in response to media exposure of hygiene violations, which triggered Siming and Huli district market regulators to immediately conduct on-site inspections at relevant stores. Inspectors focused on raw material storage and food processing environments, initiating investigations into identified food safety violations. Both locations have since suspended operations.

此前，知名漢堡連鎖店牛約堡被曝后廚成蟑螂窩，罐頭架上5只蟑螂爬行。相關視頻一度讓不少網友直呼：天塌了......

據福建電視臺第一幫幫團報道，在牛約堡廈門林后店，滿裝著牛肉餅的鐵桶就敞口放在地面上，面包胚裸露放在烤箱上晾曬，地面上還有不少蟑螂爬動。

Previously, the well-known burger chain NewYoBo was exposed for severe infestations – five cockroaches were seen crawling on the can racks. At its Xiamen Linhou branch, uncovered beef patty buckets sat directly on the floor while bread buns were left exposed on ovens. Cockroaches were observed moving across the floor.

在門店過道處，有兩箱尚未開封的面包胚。箱體標簽顯示，這批面包胚生產日期為2025年6月1日，標注“常溫保質期10天”，而當日已為6月13日。

Unopened boxes of bread buns in the hallway raised expiration concerns. Labels indicated production on June 1, 2025, with a "10-day shelf life at room temperature", yet inspection occurred on June 13 – two days past the expiration date.

在牛約堡手作牛肉漢堡廈門禾祥西路店，多個外賣平臺外賣月銷量均超1000單，甚至還號稱“堂食餐廳”，但記者在現場僅注意到一個極小的桌臺和兩張椅子。在操作區，漢堡烤臺及設備表面油污和食物殘渣遍布，部分區域污垢已凝結成塊，冰箱內火腿、牛肉餅裸露未密封。罐頭架上，四五只蟑螂在爬行，甚至裝調料的碗中也有一只蟑螂。

At the NewYoBo beef burger outlet on Hexiang West Road, monthly takeout orders exceeded 1,000 across platforms despite claiming to be a "dine-in restaurant". Only one small table and two chairs were available. The cooking area showed grease buildup and food residue congealed on equipment. Ham and beef patties were stored unsealed in refrigerators, while four to five cockroaches crawled on can racks, with one even being found in a sauce bowl.

對此，店員回應稱：“我知道，有做消殺，但蟑螂繁殖太快。”

公開資料顯示，牛約堡從上海起家，目前在全國擁有超1800家門店，主要分布在江蘇、上海、浙江、廣東等地。

曾被曝“老鼠遍地跑”

牛約堡回應：對有問題的門店絕不姑息

然而，這并不是牛約堡第一次被曝光食品安全問題。2024年，牛約堡的食品安全問題也引發網友熱議。

有媒體報道以“30多塊的牛約堡檔口老鼠遍地跑”為題，報道了寧波一家“牛約堡”漢堡店廚房監控中出現老鼠身影。

在網絡投訴平臺上，涉及牛約堡食品安全問題的投訴也不少。

2024年9月7日，牛約堡曾發文回應網上關于食品安全問題的質疑，稱網上對牛約堡環境和食品衛生的指責大多來自過去的舊店和個別特殊情況。

對于衛生問題，公司有嚴格的第三方定期檢查，對于有問題的門店絕不姑息，會立刻整改或關閉。

This is not the chain's first food safety incident. In 2024, viral videos showed rats running through a kitchen at a Ningbo outlet, sparking online outrage. The company previously claimed in a September 2024 statement that hygiene complaints involved "former outlets and isolated cases", emphasizing third-party audits and zero tolerance for violations.
