我們家的這個鐵板燒呢,主打的就是一個簡單方便。因為每次在外面吃的時候,那味道都特別好吃,所以我就想著能不能自己在家做一下。沒想到還真讓我給研究出來了。
首先準備一些蒜苔、金針菇、杏鮑菇還有蟹味菇,然后把它們洗干凈,切成條狀備用。接著再準備幾根豆皮,把它卷起來切成長條,然后再切成小段。接下來就是重點了,一定要記住啊!
鍋里倒油,加入提前準備好的各種菌菇,大火快速翻炒幾下,加入生抽、蠔油調味,繼續(xù)翻炒均勻以后出鍋,放在一邊備用。這個時候就可以開火了,往鐵板上倒點油,然后放入蒜片爆香。
最后再撒入辣椒面,炒出香味之后,就可以開始煎蔬菜了。先鋪一層豆皮,再依次碼上之前炒過的菌菇,然后蓋上鍋蓋,等個幾分鐘就可以了。
現在打開鍋蓋,香氣撲鼻而來,太好聞了吧!趕緊加點料汁,再來點孜然粉和辣椒粉提味,撒上一把蔥花,哇,真的好好吃呀!
別看它做法很簡單,但是它的口感真的很豐富,脆爽彈牙的菌菇搭配軟糯的豆皮,再加上焦香四溢的孜然味,每一口都是滿滿的幸福感。你們要是想試試的話,可以按照我的步驟去操作,保證你一次就能成功。
