第一步：先做基礎排查，省錢又省心

1. 檢查眼睛有沒有“臟東西”

貓咪鉆床底、扒花盆，灰塵毛發容易扎眼睛。用棉簽蘸溫水輕輕擦眼周，把干結的眼屎泡軟再清理。如果發現睫毛倒長（比如加菲貓常見），用小剪刀修短就行。

2. 耳朵臟不臟？可能連累眼睛！

貓咪耳朵和淚腺是通的。如果耳朵里黑乎乎一片（可能是耳螨），眼淚就會變多。用寵物滴耳液揉一揉耳根，再用棉球擦干凈，幾天后眼淚可能就少了。

3. 看飲食：是不是貓糧太“上火”？

貓糧太油太咸會刺激淚腺。比如吃剩飯、廉價貓糧的貓，眼淚混著眼屎結塊，眼角毛都染紅了。換成低脂糧（比如冠能、海洋之星），別喂人吃的食物，幾天后就能看到變化。

第二步：居家護理，每天5分鐘見效

1. 清潔比用藥更重要！

? 正確操作：溫水沾濕化妝棉（別用紙巾，掉屑），從眼角向外輕輕擦拭，一天2次。淚痕頑固的用寵物濕巾（含硼酸成分的更好）。

? 別踩坑：風油精、檸檬水擦眼睛？大錯特錯！這些會刺激得貓咪眼淚更多。

2. 低成本“眼睛保養”

賴氨酸膏：擠在貓糧里喂，增強抵抗力防病毒（皰疹病毒也會引發流淚）。

溫和滴眼液：藥店買生理鹽水（幾塊錢一瓶），滴進眼睛沖掉灰塵；或寵物專用眼藥（如潤康）。

第三步：什么情況必須去醫院？

眼淚變黃膿狀、眼睛紅腫睜不開 → 可能是結膜炎或皰疹病毒；

打噴嚏+流眼淚+沒精神 → 警惕貓鼻支；

天生扁臉貓（加菲、波斯）持續流淚 → 可能鼻淚管堵了，需醫院沖洗。
