紅木書柜的抽屜里，躺著把黃銅鎖，鎖身刻著纏枝蓮紋樣，鑰匙孔處包著層厚厚的包漿。這是奶奶的嫁妝，從 1948 年到現(xiàn)在，它鎖過樟木箱，鎖過米缸，最后鎖著我們家的故事。

小時(shí)候我總愛把玩這把銅鎖。奶奶坐在藤椅上，看著我把鑰匙插進(jìn)鎖孔，“咔噠” 一聲打開，再 “咔噠” 一聲鎖上。陽光照在銅鎖上，反射的光在墻上跳來跳去，像只金色的蝴蝶。“這鎖啊，能鎖住東西，鎖不住人心。” 奶奶的聲音慢悠悠的，像老座鐘的擺錘。

1998 年洪水淹了老家，奶奶最先搶救的就是這把銅鎖。她把鎖揣在懷里，蹚著齊腰深的水往高處走，嘴里念叨著：“這是念想，不能丟。” 后來我們在安置點(diǎn)住了三個(gè)月，她每天都要把銅鎖拿出來擦一遍，鎖身上的水跡被擦得干干凈凈，倒像是鍍了層新漆。

我結(jié)婚那天，奶奶把銅鎖放進(jìn)我的陪嫁箱。“過日子就像用這鎖，得用心保養(yǎng)，不然會(huì)生銹。” 她教我怎么給鎖芯上油，怎么用軟布擦拭，手指在銅鎖上摩挲，像是在撫摸一件稀世珍寶。“當(dāng)年你爺爺送我這鎖時(shí)說，鎖住了箱子，也鎖住了他的心。” 說這話時(shí)，她的眼里閃著光，像銅鎖反射的陽光。

奶奶走后，我在她的樟木箱底發(fā)現(xiàn)個(gè)布包，里面是銅鎖的保養(yǎng)手冊，每一頁都寫著日期：“1950 年 3 月，給鎖上油。”“1978 年 5 月，擦去銅銹。”“2010 年 10 月，小寶說喜歡這鎖，留給她。” 最后一頁畫著個(gè)小小的笑臉，旁邊寫著：“鎖住愛，不鎖心。”

上個(gè)月整理舊物，女兒好奇地拿起銅鎖。“這是什么呀？” 她學(xué)著我的樣子把鑰匙插進(jìn)鎖孔，“咔噠” 一聲，鎖開了。陽光透過窗戶照在她臉上，也照在銅鎖上，我突然明白奶奶的話 —— 有些東西需要鎖住，比如記憶，比如愛；有些東西卻要敞開，比如心，比如日子。

現(xiàn)在這把銅鎖鎖著女兒的百寶箱，里面放著她的乳牙、第一次畫的畫，還有我寫的這篇文章。每次聽見 “咔噠” 聲，我就知道，有些故事正在被好好珍藏，就像奶奶當(dāng)年做的那樣。
