建設(shè)內(nèi)容及規(guī)模：依托青海省黃南州綠色有機農(nóng)畜產(chǎn)品輸出地建設(shè)黃南州人工智能數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì) + 綠色算力產(chǎn)業(yè)園，建設(shè)覆蓋算力中心配套基礎(chǔ)、算力中心軟硬件、園區(qū)場地租賃、基地日常運營及機房網(wǎng)絡(luò)鏈路，項目總建筑面積 5787.18 平方米，網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全防護(hù)達(dá)到等保三級安全要求。
