當地時間7月24日，波蘭總統杜達簽署法案，正式批準該國退出《渥太華禁雷公約》。
該法案上周已在波蘭參議院獲全票通過。
《渥太華禁雷公約》正式名稱為《關于禁止使用、儲存、生產和轉讓殺傷人員地雷以及銷毀此種地雷的公約》，旨在全面禁止殺傷人員地雷。該公約于1997年12月在加拿大渥太華市簽署，并于1999年3月開始生效。（總臺記者 徐明）
