We live in changing times. Once thriving nature is now struggling to survive: animals are kept in cages for the entertainment of human beings; sea life is forced to swim hopelessly in aquariums; even plants cannot grow freely and forests are shrinking; garbage in the oceans is piling up and the quality of water is declining. The environment will only become better when we maintain an ecologically balanced life. The vast world is filled with beauty. Let us be the guardians of nature and let the Earth be reborn in all its wonder.

龍貓一家幸福地生活在河邊村莊附近的森林洞穴中。但是最近河的城市一側的煙霧太多了。所以他們舉行了無煙抗議游行。過橋，淺水深水，月亮先生和孫爺爺都出來相助。

Totoro family was happily live in the forest cave near the riverside village. But recently there are too much smoke from the City side of the river. So they put on a NO SMOKE protest parade. When they cross the bridge, fishes in shallow & deep water, Mr. Moon & Grandpa Sun all come out for support.

我叫 Amber Li，今年 7 歲。我已經為花樣滑冰訓練了一年多。今年五月我贏得了我的第一個花樣滑冰比賽，我將贏得更多的比賽。我希望有一天我能贏得奧運會。作為加拿大出生的華裔，我也希望自己能成為祖國和祖國花樣滑冰交流的橋梁。

My name is Amber Li, I am 7 years old. I’ve been training for figure skating for more than a year. I won my first figure skating competition this May, and I will be winning more competitions. I wish I could win the Olympics one day. As Canadian born Chinese, I also wish I could be the bridge of communication on figure skating between my homeland and motherland.
