安徽
張國荃，男，生于1963年，安徽阜陽人。曾畢業于河南書法函授學院行草專業，1999年加入安徽省書法家協會，書法作品及論文20余篇曾發表于《書法之友》《青少年書法》《書法》《青少年書法報》等專業刊物。編入《安徽當代書法選集》《中國現代書法》《中國藝術博覽與收藏指南》等十余部書法集。
