Dear teachers and students:

大家上午好！今天我國旗下講話的主題是“苦痛吻我，報之以歌”。

Good morning! The topic of today is "Kiss Me in Pain, Report by the Song."

大海里沒有礁石激不起浪花，生活中缺少挫折成不了強者。

Any reef in the sea can stir up waves. Only by experiencing setbacks in life can we become strong.

失敗者說:“挫折是他人生道路上的絆腳石。”懦弱者說:“挫折是成長道路上不可逾越的高山。”勝利者說:“挫折是通往成功路上的必經之處，需勇敢前行。”

The loser said, " Frustration is a stumbling block in his life."The coward said:" Frustration is an insurmountable mountain on the road to growth."The victor said:" frustration is the only way to the road to success, we need to move forward bravely.”

在人生道路上，我們都會面對各種困難和挫折。挫折是不可避免的，挫折本身并不可怕，可怕的是經受挫折之后一蹶不振。對待挫折我們應保持一顆樂觀向上的心態，勇敢面對困難，不輕易言敗。

On the road of life, we will all face all kinds of difficulties and setbacks. Setbacks are inevitable, setbacks themselves is not terrible, terrible is to experience setbacks after a setback. We should maintain an optimistic attitude, face difficulties bravely, not easily.

古有文王拘而演《周易》;仲尼厄而作《春秋》;屈原放逐乃賦《離騷》;左丘失明厥有《國語》;孫子臏腳《兵法》修列。倘若沒有挫折的淬煉，這些作品又怎會在歷史的長河中熠熠生輝?“欲做精金美玉的人品，定從烈火中鍛來;思立揭天立地的事功，須從薄冰上履過。"黎明因黑夜而珍貴，生命因挫折而多彩。

挫折于我們而言，許是在認真準備的考試中失利;許是在多次實驗中屢屢失敗;許是在學習中遇到的一個個棘手的問題…… 停人生路上有很多這樣的挫折，成功之路也總是荊棘遍地。但只有禁得住挫折，你才能在跌倒后站起來，繼續前行。

For us, failing in carefully prepared exams, in many experiments or encountering in the study...There are many setbacks in life, the road to success is always thorns. But only when you can resist setbacks can you stand up and move on after falling.

直面挫折，是君子的座右銘，也是生命成長的動力。“天將降大任于是人也，必先苦其心志，勞其筋骨…”即使挫折連連，磨難重重，也要微笑面對，堅定信念，方能成就獨特人生。
