高戰，男，漢族，浙江上虞人。1966年工作上海手工業局靜安區經理部1968年轉業到上海星火元件廠擔任計劃科長1979年調任上海半導體器件十六廠質檢科，計劃科長1971年加入中國共產黨1985年調上海旅游服務開發公司，歷任經營開發部經理，多家賓館飯店經理1999年被中國飯店協會評為飯店業管理大師，1996年創辦上海久洋賓館，上海至尊大酒店。2005年退休。
