內蒙古
文勝，蒙古族，1974年出生于內蒙古自治區通遼市科爾沁左翼后旗，中國美術家協會會員，內蒙古美術家協會理事，內蒙古油畫藝委會委員。2001年畢業于內蒙古大學藝術學院美術系獲學士學位。2007年考入內蒙古大學藝術學院美術系研究生班獲碩士學位。2010年至今在內蒙古藝術學院任教。
