用料

隔夜米飯

1大碗/350克左右

雞蛋

2個

洋蔥

1小個

蔥花

適量

香腸

1小塊（可不放）

生抽

2勺

老抽

1勺

蠔油

1勺

半勺

半勺

醬油炒飯的做法

1. 準備食材

1. 從冰箱拿出隔了好幾夜的冷凍米飯，先微波爐解凍3分鐘，加半勺鹽、1勺白糖、2勺生抽、1勺老抽、1勺蠔油，攪拌均勻；

1. 雞蛋打散攪勻、洋蔥切丁、香腸切丁；

1. 鍋熱油溫，倒入打散的雞蛋，先炒雞蛋，9分熟

1. 鏟成塊、盛出備用；

1. 再倒少許油，炒洋蔥，微微變色；

1. 倒入拌勻的米飯、香腸，翻炒1分鐘；

1. 倒入炒好的雞蛋，翻炒幾下
