- 攪打到提起蛋白霜呈大彎鉤即可
- 先取1/3蛋白霜放入蛋黃糊內拌勻
- 再倒回原來的蛋白霜里
- 拌勻
- 把面糊倒入墊好烘焙紙28*28cm烤盤,
將面糊鋪平后震出大氣泡
- 送入預熱好的烤箱~
170度上下火25分鐘左右
- 出爐立馬提出來,倒扣,趁熱輕輕撕去油紙,再蓋上原來的位置,防止風干~

- 用6cm圓形模具切出16個蛋糕胚備用
- 來做巧克力奶油餡:
50克黑巧克力切碎+50克淡奶油,
隔熱水融化后晾涼待用
- 淡奶油150克+20克細砂糖,打發至紋路立體后加入上面的巧克力奶油
- 繼續攪拌融為一體后,裝入裱花袋
- 蛋糕胚上擠上巧克力奶油
- 再蓋上一片蛋糕胚
