自制香辣醬的做法

1. 冷油下入各種香料，蔥姜蒜，花椒大料桂皮，香葉八角，麻椒，圓蔥，芹菜，胡蘿卜。小火慢慢炸出香味后，撈出香料留下油。

1. 下入郫縣豆瓣醬少許，黃豆醬和花生碎。花生碎多少隨意，按自己的口味來放。

1. 小火慢慢翻炒一會。

1. 再放入熟芝麻，多少也是按自己的口味來放。

1. 再繼續翻炒一會，這時候醬里面的水汽已經蒸發得差不多了。

1. 最后倒入辣椒粉半碗，喜歡辣的就多放一點也行。

1. 繼續翻炒至水分越來越少，出鍋前放少許松茸鮮。

1. 紅油慢慢滲出來就可以出鍋了。
