據(jù)北京市住建委官網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)顯示，5月1日-5月4日，北京五一黃金周期間，新房網(wǎng)簽341套，網(wǎng)簽面積29851.14㎡，其中住宅網(wǎng)簽242套，同比2024年增長約120%；網(wǎng)簽面積427396.69㎡；二手房網(wǎng)簽93套，網(wǎng)簽面積8331.41㎡，其中住宅網(wǎng)簽81套，網(wǎng)簽面積7446.31㎡。

住建委數(shù)據(jù)顯示，今年4月，北京二手房共網(wǎng)簽17557套，網(wǎng)簽面積1543113.78㎡，其中二手房住宅15569套，網(wǎng)簽面積1433251.75㎡；新房網(wǎng)簽7532㎡，網(wǎng)簽面積633341.44㎡，新房住宅網(wǎng)簽3416㎡，網(wǎng)簽面積436728.4㎡。
4月二手房住宅網(wǎng)簽已過1.5萬套榮枯線，雖不及3月小陽春成績，但同比去年4月依舊是增長約16.6%，市場熱度恢復(fù)。
