土豆燒牛肉的做法

1. 胡蘿卜、土豆分別切滾刀塊，蒜拍扁、辣椒切段。

1. 鍋里加少許油爆香蒜、辣椒。

1. 放胡蘿卜煸炒。

1. 胡蘿卜表皮焦黃放土豆煸炒。

1. 放入燉好的牛肉大火煮。
   可以像我一樣一次多燉一些分裝在保鮮盒里冷凍，吃的時候無需解凍，直接入鍋煮即可。燉時可以多放點湯，燒菜就不用再加水了。

1. 湯汁收干放入青椒塊拌勻。
