非遺文化市集

現場觀看剪紙、泥塑、扎染等非遺技藝，由傳承人講解并親手實踐，感受中國傳統藝術的創作樂趣。

Hands-on experience with Chinese heritage crafts such as paper cutting, clay sculpting, and tie-dyeing. Learn from masters and try your hand at making your own traditional art.

太極體驗

在專業教練指導下學習太極基本動作與身心調養理念，體驗“動靜合一”“陰陽調和”的養生智慧。

Practice Tai Chi with professional instructors, focusing on the harmony of body and mind and the traditional philosophy of balance and tranquility.

射藝體驗

在專業場館體驗傳統弓箭，學習射箭禮儀與技巧，提升專注與身心協調。

Try traditional Chinese archery under expert guidance, learning proper form, etiquette, and cultivating concentration and confidence.

油畫體驗

跟隨頂級油畫家學習調色、筆觸和油畫意境，體會油彩的層次與表現力。

Work alongside accomplished oil painters, learn color blending and brushwork, and discover the expressive potential of oil painting.
