“Thank you so much! Yuxin police are amazing!” Recently, at the service hall of the Vehicle Management Office of the Yangxin Traffic Police Brigade, Dutch national Christiaan Hebenke (Chinese name, hereinafter referred to as “Hebenke”) happily praised the thoughtful service of the vehicle management office as he received his Chinese driver’s license from a staff member.

Reportedly, this is the first case in Binzhou where a foreign permanent resident has obtained a Chinese driver’s license. In the preparatory stage, the Yangxin traffic police provided full-process tracking services guided by public needs, from physical examination and testing to license issuance. During the examination, the Yangxin Vehicle Management Office opened a "green channel" for foreign nationals like Hebenke, simplifying material submission and approval procedures, promptly processing his driver’s license application, offering a multilingual question bank, and arranging examiners with good English proficiency to facilitate communication.

Ultimately, Hebenke successfully passed all the required tests and presented a bilingual banner to the Entry-Exit Administration Brigade of the Yangxin County Public Security Bureau. The banner read, “Professional and efficient support for foreign driver's license application; enthusiastic service exemplifies cross-cultural excellence.” Holding the license in his hands, Hebenke was visibly touched and spoke highly of the efficient, high-quality, and attentive service provided by the Yangxin Vehicle Management Office. He also promised to obey traffic laws in the future, travel in a civilized manner, and drive safely.

Looking ahead, Yangxin County will continue to improve the management and service for foreigners in China. The aim is to embed the concept of “borders may exist, but service knows no boundaries” into both mindset and practice. By integrating convenient measures into every detail of its work, the county seeks to help foreign friends living in Yangxin realize their dreams of life, work, and study, feel the “warmth of public security,” and contribute to a better business environment through improved entry-exit services.

“非常感謝！陽信警察很棒！”近日，在陽信交警大隊車管所服務(wù)大廳，荷蘭籍人士賀彬克克里斯蒂安努斯（中文名，后簡稱“賀彬克”）從工作人員的手中接過駕駛證的那一刻，高興地為車管所的貼心服務(wù)點贊。

據(jù)悉，這是全市首例永久居留外籍人員取得中國駕駛證。在前期工作中，陽信交警以民意為導(dǎo)向，從體檢、考試到制證等環(huán)節(jié)給予全程跟蹤服務(wù)。考試中，陽信車管所為賀彬克提供了外籍人員“綠色通道”，不僅簡化了材料提交和審批流程，第一時間為其受理了駕駛證申請手續(xù)，還為其提供了多語種題庫，安排了英文基礎(chǔ)較好的考官監(jiān)考，方便與其溝通交流。

最終，賀彬克順利通過了各項考試，并將一面寫有“專業(yè)高效助外籍駕照申領(lǐng)熱情服務(wù)顯跨文化之典范”中英雙文的錦旗送到陽信縣公安局出入境管理大隊。“賀彬克”看著拿到手的駕駛證頗為感動，他對陽信車管所提供的高效、優(yōu)質(zhì)、細(xì)心服務(wù)給予高度評價，并表示今后一定會遵守交通法規(guī)，做到文明出行，安全駕駛。
