春夏這一段時間里,流感易發(fā),還容易過敏、上火、濕氣重,所以過于肥膩厚重和辛辣油炸食物要少吃,一身輕松。推薦5道家常菜,不但做法簡單好吃,更主要的是助力安康過春夏,高營養(yǎng)殺菌強(qiáng)免疫,少生病。
第一道~蒜苔雞蛋炒豆腐
這是最近家里的新搭配。蒜苔正當(dāng)季,嫩還鮮甜,殺菌強(qiáng)免疫的蒜苔,搭配高蛋白的豆腐和雞蛋,不光味道好,營養(yǎng)也是沒得挑,而做法還挺簡單。
做法:
1,需要準(zhǔn)備的食材:蒜苔1小把,雞蛋3個,豆腐半塊,蔥姜,醬油,鹽,植物油
2,把蒜苔揪掉小尾巴,洗凈后切成段;雞蛋磕入大碗里,加少許鹽入個底味;豆腐切成小方丁
3,炒鍋里加植物油燒熱,倒入蛋液煎成塊后鏟出
4,把豆腐丁下鍋,煎到兩面金黃,放蔥姜炒香,加醬油炒上顏色
5,倒入蒜苔煸炒,中途順鍋邊少淋點(diǎn)水潤一下,加鹽調(diào)味
6,等蒜苔炒熟后倒入雞蛋塊,炒勻出鍋
第二道~蛋炒雜蔬丁
這是我家常吃的一道菜,尤其是人口少還想多營養(yǎng)的時候。多炒幾道菜吧,又吃不完,索性我就用雞蛋炒各種蔬菜和菌菇,這一大盤,有蛋白質(zhì)、維生素、粗纖維等,補(bǔ)營養(yǎng)味道好,還不會引起上火,比吃大魚大肉強(qiáng)。
做法:
1,需要準(zhǔn)備的食材:雞蛋,洋蔥,木耳,芹菜,青椒,胡蘿卜,豆腐
2,把食材都處理干凈,除了木耳和雞蛋以外都切成丁;木耳泡軟洗凈,下鍋焯燙以后簡單切一切
3,炒鍋里加植物油燒熱,倒入蛋液煎成塊,鏟出
4,鍋里再加點(diǎn)植物油燒熱(用豬油菜更香),下入豆腐丁,煎到兩面發(fā)黃,順鍋邊淋點(diǎn)生抽炒上顏色
5,倒入洋蔥、青椒、芹菜、胡蘿卜炒斷生,放木耳和雞蛋,加鹽調(diào)味,炒勻炒香出鍋
第三道~圓白菜香菇肉片
香菇和圓白菜是春季最應(yīng)該常吃的菜,增強(qiáng)免疫,提高體質(zhì),尤其是放點(diǎn)五花肉一炒,真香啊,多吃一碗飯!
做法:
1,需要準(zhǔn)備的食材:香菇,圓白菜,五花肉,蔥姜,料酒,植物油,鹽,醬油
2,把圓白菜洗凈,手撕成塊;香菇洗凈,切成微厚的片;五花肉切片
3,炒鍋里加植物油燒熱,放肉片炒到微微黃,加蔥姜炒香,淋入料酒翻炒去腥,加醬油炒上顏色
4,倒入香菇,煸炒至不出湯,菜汁油亮,倒入圓白菜大火煸炒
5,變色且剛一打蔫,加鹽調(diào)味,炒勻出鍋

第四道~肉末炒青椒
青椒里面含豐富的維生素C、A及鉀元素,抵抗病毒和細(xì)菌,用點(diǎn)肉末一炒,倍兒下飯。
做法:
1,需要準(zhǔn)備的食材:青椒,豬肉末,濕豆豉,料酒,鹽,醬油,植物油
2,把青椒洗凈,切或掰成塊
3,炒鍋里不用放油,倒入青椒干煸一會,至有點(diǎn)微糊,鏟出
4,炒鍋里加植物油燒熱,倒入肉末和蔥姜炒熟,淋入料酒去腥,加醬油炒上顏色
5,倒入豆豉炒香,倒入青椒,加鹽炒勻,關(guān)火出鍋
第五道~小白菜土豆燉豆腐
