給容器蓋上保鮮膜,用牙簽扎幾個小孔,水開后上鍋蒸15分鐘,關火后燜5分鐘。另起鍋,放入30克白糖和10毫升清水,小火熬至糖漿變成琥珀色,快速淋在蒸好的南瓜布丁上。冰涼后享用,焦糖的微苦與南瓜布丁的清甜碰撞,口感豐富有層次。
