近日，湖北荊門出臺《關于持續(xù)鞏固中心城區(qū)房地產市場穩(wěn)定態(tài)勢的政策措施》，明確提出“有序推進現(xiàn)房銷售”。該措施具體規(guī)定：對新出讓的優(yōu)質房地產開發(fā)用地，優(yōu)先采用現(xiàn)房銷售模式開發(fā)；2026年1月1日起，新出讓土地開發(fā)的商品房，原則上實行現(xiàn)房銷售。
